01Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sevorse, the parent company and operator of Butler AI ("Butler", "Sevorse", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Butler AI services, connectors, or application interfaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
02Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have verified parental/guardian authorization if between 13 and 17) to access Butler AI. You are responsible for safeguarding your personal device, browser session, and any API keys you input into your local workspace.
03Intellectual Property & Output Ownership
3.1 Your Prompts & Outputs
You retain full ownership of the prompts and documents you submit ("Input"). Butler assigns to you all right, title, and interest in and to the content generated on your behalf ("Output") for unrestricted personal and commercial utilization.
3.2 Verification Duty
AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or hallucinations. You are responsible for inspecting, evaluating, and confirming the correctness of any AI output prior to reliance or public dissemination.
04Connector Subscriptions & Razorpay Billing
- Pricing Plans: Butler offers Starter (₹999/mo) and Growth (₹2,499/mo) Connector Unlocks. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Payment Processor: Financial transactions are processed via Razorpay. We do not store or process card numbers directly.
- Instant Activation: Connector capabilities are unlocked immediately upon successful payment authorization.
05Refund & Cancellation Policy
We provide a 7-day evaluation guarantee on all connector purchases. If you experience technical defects or dissatisfaction, email billing@butler.ai with your payment ID for a full refund within 5–7 business days. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time with no termination fees.
06Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Butler AI and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
07Governing Law & Contact
